Obituary of Olga Axler

AXLER OLGA (Praino) Age 88 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday May 2, 2014. Olga was born in Czechoslovakia on June 4, 1925 the daughter of the late Frank Haluskova and Maria Souckova Haluskova. She was a retired Registered Nurse and owned and operated an Adult Home in Montour Falls, NY and was a Private Duty Nurse. Olga married her first husband Frank Praino and he pre-deceased her on July 26 , 1982 . She married her second husband Stanley J. Axler and he pre-deceased her on June 21, 1997. Olga is also pre-deceased by her brother Dr. Antonio Wierer . Mrs. Axler is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Dr. Robert and Kelly Praino of Horseheads , NY ; daughters and son –in-law : Rosemarie & Michael Bennett of Alpine , NY and Anne Praino of Horseheads , NY ; grandchildren: Jason (Renae) Eddy, Vanessa Eddy (Houston) Wilson , and Sara Eddy Hilton , Matthew, Liam, and Frank Praino ; great grandchildren: Shannon , Andrea , Gabriel , Marissa , Hana , Owen , Adam , Lydia , and Lily ; sister : Marie Wierorovo of The Czech Republic : nieces : Sonja and Olga of The Czech Republic ; several grand nieces , grand nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends . Relatives and friends are invited to attend Olga’s Gravesite Committal Services on Tuesday May 6 , 2014 at Sugar Hill Cemetery in The Town of Orange , NY at 5 PM .
