Obituary of Betty Ann Walker

WALKER Betty Ann Age 77 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Saturday February 16, 2013. Betty Ann was born on November 25, 1935 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Howard and Anna Sykora Kellogg. She married her husband Richard Francis Walker on June 28, 1958 and he pre-deceased her on July 2, 2010. Betty was also pre-deceased by her brother Gordon E. Kellogg, sister-in-law Pamela Walker , and brother-in-law Gerry Walker. Betty worked as a cashier at Hills Department Store in Horseheads, NY. Mrs. Walker was a volunteer at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in the gift shop for over 15 years. She was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church in Horseheads , NY. Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Jean Marie and John Reardon of Aston, PA; grandson: Ike Richard Reardon; sister: Helen Kellogg of Rochester, NY; brother and sister-in-law: Jack and Joan Kellogg of Venice, FL; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Don Walker of Horseheads, NY and Gisela (Mrs. Gerry) Walker of Buffalo, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Wednesday February 20, 2013 from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday February 21, 2013 at St. Mary Our Mother Church 816 West Broad Street Horseheads , NY at 10 AM. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira, NY.
