Obituary of Clayton R. Hamilton

CLAYTON R. HAMILTON JR. "TONY" Age 80 of Horseheads , NY passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday October 10, 2017. Clayton was born January 4 , 1937 in Elmira , NY the son of the late Clayton R. and Thelma Miller Hamilton . Tony worked at the Ann Page Company in Horseheads , NY for several years . He retired from The Elmira Heights School District as a custodian. Tony served his country with The U.S. Army Reserves from 1956-1959 and was a member of The Clarence R. Oliver American Legion Post # 154 in Elmira Heights, NY . Tony enjoyed spending time with his buddies at McDonald's and The Elmira Heights American Legion . He loved his family and friends and treasured the time he spent with them and especially the time he spent at the beach in North Carolina. Tony is survived by his loving and devoted wife Lois Nacca Hamilton ; his daughters: Debora Hamilton of Breesport , NY and Christine Cote of North Carolina ; his sisters and brother : Florence Carrigan, Barbara & Jerry Kelly , Bonnie Ayres , and Ross & Joan Hamilton all of Horseheads , NY ; several nieces , nephews, cousins , and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , on Sunday October 15 , 2017 from 4-7 PM. Panykhyda Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday October 15,2017 at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday October 16 , 2017 at 10 AM at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church 410 East McCanns Blvd. Elmira Heights , NY. The Rev. Robert J.
