GWEN L. WEBSTER Age 58 of Elmira Heights , NY formerly of Syracuse , NY passed away after an extended illness on Friday December 15 , 2017 at Elcor Nursing Home in Horseheads , NY. Gwen was born in Syracuse , NY the daughter of the late Donald and Lorraine Homer Powless Sr. She was also pre-deceased by her brothers and her sister . Gwen loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Gwen is survived by her children : Monica Stern of Liverpool , NY ; Van & Audrea Kilbourn of Syracuse ,NY ; Robert & Marcie Kilbourn of Lindley , NY ; Shannan & Jackie Powless of Syracuse , NY ; Darryl Powless of Elmira Heights , NY ; several grand children , two great grandchildren , several nieces , nephews , cousins , and many friends icluding her best friend Jason Murdock of Elmira Heights , NY .
