CAROLYN MARIE AMBROZIK Age 70 of Elmira Heights , NY passed away peacefully on Sunday January 14 , 2018. Carolyn was born July 31 , 1947 in Elmira , New York the daughter of the late Richard Scott and Carolyn Jane Phelps . She was also pre-deceased by her step-father Fred G. Van Zile . Carolyn was a retired cashier at Walmart in Painted Post , NY . Carolyn is survived by her children Robert & Frankie Stephens , Angela Kamineni , Tim Petriwski , and Christopher Petriwski ; grandchildren : Shreya Kamineni , Tressa Rowan , and Jacob Tiedt ; great granddaughter : Alexsandra Rowan ; sisters : Mary Scott and Patricia Mohammed ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends . Relatives and friends are invited to call at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1050 West Broad Street Horseheads , NY on Friday January 19 , 2018 from 10 AM to 11 AM .
