Obituary of Jolene M. Sherrer

JOLENE M. SHERRER Age 62 of Elmira , NY passed away on Friday February 2 , 2018 after an extended illness. Jolene was born September 15 , 1955 in Elmira , NY the daughter of Robert Farnsworth and Joyce Anderson Farnsworth. She married her husband James S. Sherrer in May 2004 . Jolene was a very active member of Southside Alliance Church prior to her illness. She was pre-deceased by her father Robert Farnsworth on October 9 ,1998 . Jolene is survived by her mother Joyce Anderson Farnsworth Taulbee of Horseheads, NY ; her husband James S. Sherrer ; sister : Patty Farnsworth of De Soto , Texas ; nephew Maxwell Turner of DeSoto , Texas ; niece : Jessica Loracello of Syracuse , NY ; James' children : Kelly Lincoln of Portland , Oregon , Krystal Brady of Leesburg , VA , Steven Sherrer of Villa Rica , GA , Stephanie Wondergem of Lithia Springs , GA , Jerry Sherrer of Carrollton , GA , Cassandra Sherrer of Elmira , NY , Tammy Briggs of Horseheads , NY , Penny Horsley of Elmira , NY , William Farnsworth of Hickory , NC , Sonny Farnsworth of Big Flats , NY , and Matthew Farnsworth of Watkins Glen , NY ; several grandchildren : brother-in-law : Jerry Sherrer of Burdett , NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS ,NY on Thursday February 8 , 2018 from 5-7 PM . Jolene's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 7 PM . Jolene will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
