VALERIE MARY HOWLAND Age 49 of Pine City , NY passed away on Monday June 18 , 2018 at The Arnot Ogden Medical Center . Valerie was born August 1 , 1968 in Elmira ,NY the daughter of the late Raymond Howland and Ruth Vail Howland. She was also pre-deceased by her foster father Harold Green . Valerie was a loving daughter , sister , and aunt who loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Valerie is survived by her sister Victoria Lounsbury of Auburn , NY and her brothers Michael Howland of Jacksonville , Florida and Steven Howland of Hayward, California ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , and a host of caring friends including the residents and staff at Able 2.
