Obituary of Jeremy S. Taylor

JEREMY S. "HEAVY" TAYLOR Age 41 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Monday June 17, 2019 as the result of a motorcycle accident. Jeremy was born on May 16, 1978 the son of Stephen Taylor and Sharilyn Reynolds. He was a Corrections Officer for the NYS Dept. of Corrections in Elmira, NY. "Heavy" was a member of the Punisher's Motorcycle Club. He was a member of the Elmira Elks BPOE #62 and the Elmira Heights Fire Dept. Jeremy loved camping and riding motorcycles and was a die hard Buffalo Bills Fan. He was pre-deceased by his brother Bradley Taylor on April 12, 2003; his mother Sharilyn Reynolds on April 12, 2012; and his step-father Charlie Hackett in 2000. Jeremy is survived by his wife Randi DeAngelis Taylor; his brother Zachary Hackett; German Shepards: Max, Mia and Odie; father and step-mother: Stephen and Diane Taylor ; maternal grandmother Lillian M. Reynolds ; Aunts and Uncles: David "Skip" ; Jim and Mary Reynolds , Jackie and Bob Yacubic , Merilee Rockwell , Scott Reynolds , and Michelle and Resa Reynolds ; Christine Dutton ; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Rhonda and Paul Thomas; many loving cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Thursday June 27, 2019 from 2-6 PM. Jeremy's Funeral and Committal Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 6 PM. He will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
