Arlene was born on January 3, 1960 in Elmira, NY the daughter of the late Theodore Roosevelt Travis and Loretta May Decker Travis Jr. She loved her cat and her family. She was pre-deceased by Thomas Travis, Linda Howland, and John Howland. Arlene is survived by her son Michael Travis of Elmira, NY; grandchildren: Hadley Travis and Breeanna Travis; brother: Rex Travis of Horseheads, NY; sisters: Nancy Campbell of Horseheads, NY; Judy Kurtz of Louisville, KY; Sandra Decker of Southport, NY.
