Obituary of Robert LeRoy Hancock

Robert Hancock Jr. passed away at the CCNF after a 20 year descent into dementia. A 1958 Horseheads graduate, he served in the U.S. Army 1958-1962. On July 13, 1963 he married the former Darla Terwilliger who survives. Sons Robert III (Laura) with Robert of Antwerp, NY; Michael (Sue) with Mikey of Cayuga Lake. Daughter Deanne (David) Caputo with Chloe of St. Petersburg, FL. Siblings: C William, Sandra Wolfe and Patricia (Ed) Baker. Predeceased by brother Richard and sister Nancy Hess. He retired from Westinghouse and Eaton. He is a past commander of Legion Post 442. He loved hunting, fishing, shooting pool and playing bowling machines. Bob cooked countless fish fries, chicken barbecues and game dinners. A tip of the hat to his Millport years. I know he is happier being back with his old buddies, especially Jack Martin.
