SMITH , PATRICIA ROSE MATTISON "LADY" Age 48 of Elmira , NY was born July 18 , 1965 the daughter of Lula Belle Smith and the late Raymond Louis Smith was sent home to the Lord on Saturday February 22 , 2014 after a courageous battle against cancer after fighting so hard.Patricia is survived by her former husband Michael Mattison ; her children : Michael (Emily) Mattison Jr. , Christina Mattison , and Michelle Mattison ; grandchildren : Jonathan Drake , Madalynn Mattison , Savannah and Merle Cole ; siblings : Sharon (Daniel) Walker , Debra Smith , Kathy Hulbert , Linda Derenzo , Jeffrey (Mellony) Smith , Gary (Adele) Smith , and Steven Smith along with a host of nieces , nephews , cousins , and many friends. "Lady" was a loving mother , grandmother , daughter , and sister. Patty had a loving and peaceful presence to those among her . "Lady" surrounded herself with her family and will always be remembered as a kind and gentle soul who truly was an angel walking amongst us. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY on Friday February 28 , 2014 from 4-5 PM. Patricia's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours.
