Obituary of Diana Marie Leonard

Diana Marie Leonard age 34 of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Friday August 12, 2022. Diana was born June 5, 1988 in Elmira NY the daughter of Robert J. and Christine Sprague Leonard Sr. She was a graduate of Thomas A. Edison High School class of 2006. She received her Associate's Degree from Corning Community College and received her Bachelor's of Science Degree from Mansfield University. Diana was a vibrant young lady who loved to bowl and enjoyed golfing and music. She would do anything for anyone ! Diana was always working as a waitress or bartender having worked at Friendly's , Jake's Saloon, The Showboat Restaurant , Beefeater's and Rosar's .Diana is survived by her parents Robert J. and Christine Leonard Sr. of Lockwood, NY ; brother : Robert J. Leonard II of Elmira, NY ; grandmother: Lauraina Williams ; grandfather: Sam Leonard ; God Mother and aunt Terry Sprague ; aunt: Ginger Sprague ; uncles : David Sprague and Dr. Joseph Leonard; several cousins , extended family members , and a multitude of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY on Wednesday August 17, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM. Diana's Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 11 AM with John Knapp officiating. Diana will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
