Obituary of Debra L. Lattin

Debra L. Lattin age 62 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday August 19, 2022. Debbie was born October 2, 1959 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Lee L. and Vivian Gustin Robbins. She owned and operated the original Dunkin Donuts in Horseheads, NY. Debbie is pre-deceased by her father Lee L. Robbins on December 25, 2015 and her brother Michael Lee Robbins and niece Alicia Hoover. She loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Debra is survived by her mother Vivian Gustin Robbins of Elmira, NY ; daughters : Heather Rounds of Horseheads, NY and Olivia Lattin of Burdett, NY; granddaughters: McKenna Rounds and Annabell Rounds ; sisters: Pam (Paul) Tarver of Meridian , MS and Karen Robbins (Carl Tremaine) of Elmira, NY ; several aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews , cousins ,and a host of caring friends. It was Debbie's wish that there be no callings hours. Private Funeral Services will be held at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY.
