My Last Wish (will be)

Someday we’ll lie
in a field of stone…
flesh decomposing,
all left being bone.
My last wish will be
burrow through that domain…
to kiss, love and cuddle,
then forever remain.
For those vows taken
were meant forever…
and millenniums later,
we’d still be together.
Our osseous frameworks
together – hard press…
archeologists powerless,
to untangle the mess.
