Obituary of Patricia A. Card

Patricia A. Card age 68 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Sunday January 15, 2023. She was born January 31, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Carl and Vera Meyer Carlsen. She married her husband Alan LeRoy Card and he pre-deceased her on May 5, 2010. Patricia was also pre-deceased by her great granddaughter Claire Harper Pierce , her sister and brothers-in-law Barbara Costanza Vennell and Grant Vennell , Gary Costanza , Percy Skinner, Randall Card , and Duane Card . She was also pre-deceased by her fur baby Isabel "Izzy". Patricia was a long-time employee of P & C Foods in Horseheads, NY. She loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Patricia is survived by her children: Rodney Facteau & Kelly Conley of Camden, NY and Teresa Facteau of Horseheads, NY ; five grandchildren : Alan Facteau and Robin Knight of Horseheads , NY , Kristyanna Holecek and Tricia Holecek (Clifford Pierce III) Holecek of Elmira, NY , Rodney Facteau Jr. of Camden , NY, and Kayla Maxam of Westmoreland, NY ; three great grandchildren: Clifford Harvey Pierce IV , Peyton Maxam, and Preston Maxam; special cousin Tony DeFranco ; step-children : Todd A. Card of Campbell , NY and Tammi and Terry Carl of Painted Post, NY ; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Beverly (Mrs. Percy) Skinner of Rome, NY and Olivia Cotterell and fur nephew Meyer of Canandaigua, NY ; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law : Roderick and Shirley Card of Morristown , Arizona and Gloria Condon of Rochester, NY ; several nieces, nephews, cousins , and a host of caring friends including a special neighbor and friend Joann Laux. It was Patricia's wishes that there be no call hours or funeral services. Patricia will be laid to rest with her husband Al in Woodlawn National Cemetery in Elmira , NY.
