Obituary of Donald W. Buchanan

Donald William Buchanan age 80 of Lowman , NY passed away on Tuesday June 20, 2023. Don was born October 27, 1942 in Corning, NY the son of the late William and Marion Buchanan. He married his wife Judie A. Dean Buchanan and she pre-deceased him on June 11, 1982. Don owned and operated Don's Excavating until his retirement. He enjoyed dirt track racing and being on equipment. Don is survived by his children Terri Jo and Bob Brimmer - Buchanan, Todd and Dora Buchanan, and Tracey and Lisa Buchanan all of Lowman, NY ; grandchildren: Bobby Brimmer Jr. , Judie Lavigne , Teja Buczkowski, Jeremy Buchanan , Chasiti Buchanan, Cody Don Dero, and Brandon Buchanan; several great grandchildren; sister Freida Jayne of Elmira, NY ; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. There will be no prior calling hours. Don's Gravesite Services will be held on Friday June 30, 2023 at 10 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park 563 Jerusalem Hill Road Elmira, NY. Don will be laid to rest next to his wife Judie in Forest Lawn Memorial Park . Arrangements are entrusted to the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY .
