Bankin will be greatly missed by the entire family but his legacy will live on in the love, guidance and support for his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
My deepest sympathies on Bills passing. My dad, Fred Purdue Jr. was President of Chemung Valley Savings and Loan back in the early 70's and he and Bill worked there together and were very good friends. I was also a good friend and classmate of his son Bill.
