Frank was a really good neighbor in more ways than one. He introduced Ellen and me to an admirable lady Marianna, and to his oldest daughter, Patricia, who married one of our sons, plus he liked good wines and talking about them.
Frank was a good citizen, a productive citizen, a contributor to society, and it’s sad that he’s no longer with us.

To Franks family, you are all in our prayers. I've known Frank for a long time, enjoyed many good conversations over those years. I was very happy when he and the family came to vacation here in the Outer Banks, NC. We enjoyed dinner reminiscing Abou the good old days. God has blessed you Frank, rest easy...David & Sally Kole
